Dry Clean Carpets openly acknowledges that Customer Loyalty reduces our expenses by reducing our advertising costs. In recognition of our Loyal Customer’s referring their family and friends, Dry Clean Carpets offers a Customer Loyalty Program for our respective Customer Groups, Who are:
Existing Customers receive a Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Voucher on their next appointment when they recommend us to a new family or friend who has any of the following services provided:
- Dry Cleaned or Steam Cleaned Carpet
- Wine, Urine, Faeces or Unknown Stained
- Carpets Cleaned
- Rug or Matt Cleaned
- Mattress Cleaned, including Stain Removal
- Sofa Lounge or Leather Lounge
- Asthma and Allergy Treatments
- Car Upholstery Cleaned
- Tile and Grout Cleaning
- Dual Cleaned (Dry Cleaned and Steam Cleaned for Heavily Soiled or Stained Carpets) = 2 x $25 = $50 Customer Loyalty Discount Voucher.
Dry Clean Carpets will send a Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Voucher to existing Customers for each new family or friend they recommend to us.
As an example: if an existing Customer recommended 4 family or friends, they would receive a $100 discount (e.g. Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Voucher x 4 = $100 Discount) off their next Dry Cleaning bill.
Please Note: if an existing Customer recommended 5 or more family or friends, they are only be able to use a maximum of 4 Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Vouchers ($100) for each Dry Clean Carpets service. However, any remaining Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Vouchers can be used for their next service (e.g. 5th, 6th 7th Voucher etc).
Special Offer: Customers requesting a Dual Clean (Dry Clean and Steam Clean for Heavily Soiled or Stained Carpets) can utilise a maximum of 6 Customer Loyalty $25 Discount Vouchers (e.g. 6 x $25 = $150 discount) off their Dual Clean bill.

For every 12 jobs completed by Dry Clean Carpets, the 13th job is Totally Free! For example: As Dry Cleaned Carpets and Steam Cleaned Carpets meet the Australian and New Zealand Standards AS/NZS 3733:1995 and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) S100 Standard; our Corporate Partners can choose which Cleaning process they want performed, on either your: Office premises; Real Estate Employees Homes (e.g. Directors, Property Managers, Sales Managers, Administration Staff etc).
Namely Dry or Steam Cleaning up to 4 Bedrooms ($25 per additional room); Kitchen, Lounge or Bathroom Tiles and Grout Clean; 5 Seat Lounge ($25 extra for each additional seat) or 4 Mattresses ($25 extra for each additional Mattress).

Specifically, our Corporate Partners can choose to Clean their Office premises. Or alternatively, rewarding their high performing staff by utilising our Professional Cleaning services in employees homes by choosing any of the above services absolutely Free!
