Our competitors who do offer Pet Stain Cleaning, are usually untrained and have no Australian or International IICRC Accreditation. That’s why they don’t have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their Pet Stain Cleaning (i.e. disgusting Ammonia smell: Urine; or Alkaline excrement odour removal) Treatments.

Urine Treatments involve extra cleaning processes, expensive cleaning chemicals, top quality equipment and machinery, extensive training knowledge and expertise. As such, Urine and Excrement Cleaning and Odour Removal prices start from $150 (minimum) up to $900 (for Heavily Urine Damaged areas).

3 Rooms Professionally Dry Cleaned for $99; any extra Rooms are $30 each.

Pest Control when accompanied with any other Service is $110 (one level Home) or $130 for (Dual Level: Two Story Homes).

3 or 4 Rooms Carpets Cleaned and two Mattresses (normal size) Cleaned for only $240! (Standard Room Size, e.g. Lounge-Dining is two Rooms).

Box-Window Air conditioner = $130 each
Wall Mounted-Reverse Cycle systems = $150 each.

We will thoroughly clean your air conditioner, including internal and external plastic facade, plastic air vents, internal mesh filters, metal fins and check that there are no mould, water leaks, clean and unblock drip tray and flush hose drainage pipe to stop water leaks.

Full Bond Cleaning Service: is for our customers who are just too busy to do any Bond Cleaning themselves. Our Full Service (i.e. 6 or more hours, costs $40 per hour Monday to Saturday: $50 per hour Sundays). Monday to Saturday = $40 per hour and Sunday = $50 per hour.

Please Note: Our Bond Cleaners are real Clean Freaks! You will have absolutely no problems getting your Bond back (unless you’ve damaged the property) as your home will be cleaner than it’s ever been!

Flood Water Removal, Carpet Cleaning and installation of Carpet Air Blowers to dry the Underlay and Sub Floor (concrete or wooden floors) $250 (Labour Fee Cost). Only if required (not often, very rare): lift Carpet off smoothedge (AKA carpet gripper or Tack Strip) when wet and relay carpet back onto smoothedge when carpet has dried is: $150 up to $600 (i.e. small, medium or larger carpeted areas).

Air Blower Hire: $50 per Blower per day, (usual hire duration is for 2 or 3 days).

Final Water Damage Assessment, including Air Blower removal service is included in the $250 Labour Fee Cost. Please Note: Occassionally, dirty or old Carpets can sometimes wick, which means the carpet dries and dirt marks can sometimes appear from the flood water evaporating and lifting dirt from the bottom of the Carpets. Should this occur and the Customer wants the Carpets re-cleaned again, an extra charge of $150 may sometimes be applicable.

We accept: Cash, Eftpos and Credit Card Payments (Please Note: Visa and MasterCard may incur an additional Bank professing fee of $2) on the completion of work. Accordingly, Corporate Customers requesting to pay later via Direct Credit Deposit into Dry Clean Carpets Bank may be subject to an Administration processing fee of $20 up to $30 (i.e. Emailing the Invoice and cross Referencing/Checking our Banking records that payment has been received in a timely fashion).

Customers requesting Invoicing via Direct Debit Deposit agree to pay the Invoice immediately, should payment not be made or be late (more than 14 Calendar days from issue date) Customers acknowledge and agree that they are liable for any and all additional Administrative, Legal and or Court recovery costs should payment not be received within 14 Calendar days.

Please Note: Customer’s requesting a Replacement Invoice-Receipt (e.g. Lost, Misplaced, Thrown Away, Stolen etc) may incur an extra processing Fee of $30 to cover the additional administrative replacement processing time and or email delivery.
